Become A Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in BN2N. Our volunteers assist older adults who want to stay in their homes and actively remain a part of their community. This happens each time a Volunteer provides a drive to the doctor, grocery store, hair salon, exercise class, and social event.

To become a BN2N Volunteer, we will need some information from you to start the process:

  1. Completed Volunteer Application
  2. Completed Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Acknowledgement form

Once we have reviewed your information, we will contact you about attending a Volunteer orientation session. Prior to the orientation, you will receive a copy of the Volunteer Handbook to review. We will cover it in more detail during the orientation session.

If you plan to provide transportation to our members, we will need a copy of your driver's license and the front page of your automobile insurance.

If you have any questions about the Application or CORI forms, or any aspect of the Volunteer role, please email us at [email protected]. You can also reach us by calling 508.418.9220.

There are two options for completing and submitting the forms.

If you choose the online option, after the forms are submitted you will receive an email with a copy of the completed forms attached. You can print a copy for your records.

If you choose to submit printed forms, you can either:
