Membership Eligibility

To receive our services, a resident becomes a BN2N member. Eligibility for membership includes:

• Age 60+ and living in one of the seven villages in the Town of Barnstable.
• Living safely and independently in a home, condo or apartment
• Submission of a membership application
• Home visit from a membership committee member to determine if we are able to provide the services the applying person needs
• Meet our current Covid vaccine policy requirements

We welcome members and volunteers of every race, color, gender, faith, sexual orientation, and cultural group.

Annual Membership Fees

Single Member Household: The annual fee for a single member household is $225. This entitles a member for up to 12 service requests a month for up to 2 hours of services per each request.

Two Member Household: The annual fee is $375 for a household in which there will be 2 residents receiving services. This fee entitles the household for up to 20 service requests a month for up to 2 hours of services per each request.

Residents who meet our eligibility requirements and cannot afford the annual fee are encouraged to apply. We will reduce or waive fees for eligible members.
